She completed her master's in clinical psychology at Hacettepe University and has worked in individual therapy with adults for more than fifteen years. In 2019 she founded Kapı Psikoloji as a centre where experts working with different age groups can consult each other under one roof.

She uses cognitive behavioural therapy and schema therapy. In the first sessions she draws up a working plan together with the client and reviews how it is going at regular intervals. She leads the centre's case meetings and supervises interns.
