Corporate psychological support
A confidential counseling program (EAP) for your employees and their families. The organization purchases sessions in advance, and employees contact us directly.
What does the program include?
We put it together with you based on the size and needs of your organization.
Individual sessions
Up to 6 sessions per employee per year, in person or online. Referral to the right expert within the center when needed.
Family members
Optionally, the employee’s spouse and children can also use the program.
Manager consultation
Meetings for managers thinking about how to talk with a team member who is struggling.
Post-crisis support
Group meetings and individual support after a loss, accident or sudden change on the team.
Workshops
90-minute workshops in Avlu or at your workplace on topics such as stress, sleep, communication, grief and parenting.
Anonymous reporting
Overall usage and topic breakdown every three months; no personal information included.
How is confidentiality protected?
Employees contact the center directly, not through the organization. The organization never learns who reached out or what was discussed.
- The code provided by the organization is all that is needed to sign up; names are not reported to the organization.
- Session notes stay with the expert only.
- Reports are anonymous and aggregated; groups smaller than 5 people are not reported.
- Legal obligations still apply if an employee’s life is in danger.
