Employee assistance programme (EAP)
Confidential for employees, measurable for organisations.

A confidential counseling programme that companies offer their employees and families: individual sessions, an advice line in office hours, manager consultations and workshops.
In an employee assistance programme (EAP) the organisation buys a number of sessions in advance for its staff. Employees contact the center directly; the organisation never learns who applied or what was discussed. It receives only an anonymous, aggregate usage report.
The programme includes individual sessions (face to face or online), consultation for managers facing difficult situations, support after a loss or crisis in a team, and workshops in Avlu or on site. Details are on the Corporate page.
